ok, let’s make a quick retro style logo in just a few simple steps.

1. start a new document 640×480 and set the background to white.

2 create a new layer, select the rounded rectangle tool and make a rectangle big enough for your logotext like this:

3. Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Stroke and aplly the following settings:

4. Before you exit the settings box left click on the gradient and set it to look like this:

5. Now add your logotext (I’m using Eight Track you can get it at 1001 free fonts) and you should have somthing like this:
